On 19th February 2025, I was lucky enough to adopt Dottie, from USPCA Newry. She was a nervous and very timid little lady. She was frightened of everything; loud noises, sudden movements, people - it was heart breaking.
Forward one year, and after a lot of patience and tons of love, she is the most gorgeous, loveable, adorable girl! She is now more confident, loves meeting other dogs in our locality (we live in rural Fermanagh) and everyone comments on how far she has come.
I am so grateful to Courtney at Newry and to all the wonderful people who work so hard to rescue these dogs. Keep up the good work and many, many thanks!
