Our dedicated Animal Care team spends time nurturing and socialising each dog, cat, kitten, puppy, and small pet, preparing them for a smooth transition into their new family.
Our thorough screening process
To match each pet with their ideal home, we follow a screening process designed to fully meet the needs of the pet:
- Application: Begin by completing an online application form for the pet you’d like to adopt.
- Meet & Greet: If your application is progressed, we then arrange a meeting to get to know you and determine if you and the pet are the right fit for each other. This step helps us learn about your home, lifestyle and expectations.
- Adoption Day: If you are adopting a dog, we will schedule the exciting “Adoption Day,” when your new companion joins your family. If you're adopting a cat, they can go home with you on the same day you see them!
- Follow-up Support: After adoption, we’ll check in to ensure a successful transition, offering guidance as needed to help your new family member feel at home.
