Groom Room

You can book an appointment with our groomers by making an appointment over the phone, online or calling into the centre and booking it in person.

Our deposits act as a guarantee of your slot. But we know that, from time to time, things change. So, if you cancel or change within 48 hours of the appointment, we can refund your deposit or carry it over to your next appointment. 

We currently ask for a £15 deposit per pet. 

The cost depends on your pet's breed, coat type and condition of their coat, size, and temperament. We do offer guide prices when you are booking your appointment.  

The length of groom is dependent on breed size, coat type of your pet - on drop off the groomer will give you a guide collection time.  

This depends on breed of your pet and coat type. On average about every 4-8 weeks. 

We do recommend that your pet has been given the opportunity to go to the toilet before they enter the salon. 

Let us know as soon as possible if you are running late and we will do our best to fit you in. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we cannot guarantee that your appointment will still be available. 

If you do not collect your pet at the agreed collection time, there will be an additional charge of £5 for every 30 minutes we hold your pet after the collection time.

This is so the pet can come in to the salon and meet our grooming team in a non-stressful situation and it gives groomer a chance to ask and answer some questions the owner might have, and for the groomer to assess the behaviour and temperament of the pet at the beginning so they can see how best to go forward with grooming the pet.
