- I declare that I support the Objects of the Ulster Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals and agree to uphold them.
- I understand that membership is subject to approval by the Trustees and may be cancelled in accordance with the Articles of Association.
- I agree to pay any membership fee set by the Trustees and understand that my membership may be terminated if I do not pay within the required time.
- I agree to follow the rules of the Charity as set out in its Articles of Association and any policies adopted by the Trustees.
- I understand that membership is not transferable and may be ended if the Trustees decide it is in the best interests of the Charity, after giving me the opportunity to make representations.
- If the Charity is wound up while I am a member, or within one year after I cease to be a member, I agree to contribute up to £1 towards its debts and winding‑up costs.
- I understand that being a member does not entitle me to any financial benefit from the Charity and that its income and property must be used solely to further its charitable purposes.
