About Sugar
Sugar was admitted into our care as a young kitten who was found after being involved a suspected road traffic accident. After examination by our veterinary team, it was found that he had a fractured pelvis. After several months of cage rest and after getting lots of TLC, he is ready to find his forever home!
Sugar is recovering well and nothing holds him back! He is an extremely handsome and sweet boy who adores people and loves getting lots of attention. He loves cuddling up to our staff and volunteers but also has a very playful, boisterous side, as he loves to chase his toys around the room!
Due to his pelvic injury, Sugar would be best suited in a calm home, where he could be an indoor only cat initially to allow for close monitoring while he continues to build strength and stability in his pelvis. Once settled into his new home and showing improved strength and mobility, he can then gradually be given access to the outdoors.
He would also love a home where his new owners are around for most of the day to help him settle and adjust into his new environment. He would also love to have lots of cosy spots where he can lie back and relax, watching the world go by!
Sugar could share his home with children over the age of 14 years who are used to cats and understand he may need his own space while settling into his new home. It is unknown how he would react to other pets in the home.
