Milo

Meet Milo, a beautiful natured husky who was admitted into our care as his owners were unable to continue to care for him, he is now ready to be adopted!

Milo is a super handsome and affectionate boy who is full of life and has a playful nature that would make great company for any family. He is a smart dog who is looking for an energetic, active family that love to go on adventures just as much as he does! 

He loves nothing more than being out and about on his walks with volunteers and staff here at our centre, he enjoys sniffing and exploring all his surroundings. Milo would not be able to live in a rural area.

Milo is very sociable and an outgoing boy who enjoys human interaction and contact, he would best suited in a home with older children who are dog-savvy and are used to being around big dogs. Milo would prefer to be the only pet within the home as he can nervous around other dogs.

Milo will need patient and supportive owners while he adjusts into his new home, as he enjoys the company of people, we feel he will need owners who will provide him with the reassurance he needs to feel secure if left alone. The rehoming team at the centre will be happy to provide ongoing support and advice to help with the settling in process and ensure a smooth transition for Milo from the centre to his new home.

A home with owners who have husky experience would be recommended so that they can understand him and all his husky quirks!
