About Kumi
Meet Kumi.
Kumi was admitted into out care with her sister after they were found abandoned.
Kumi was a little nervous when she entered our care, when initially placed into foster they spent the first day hiding away. Thanks to the patience and care given by the fosterer, they are more confident in themselves and their surroundings. Although she can still be initially nervous, she is quicker to come over and investigate. The fosterer found that getting on their level, giving them space and using toys helped to bring out their playful side. After a week in the home they made great strides and their personalities shone, Raya being more lively but showing her affectionate side, Kumi is a bit more independent but does love playing with people.
It is unknown how these girls would react around other pets in the home. Due to their nervous temperament they could share their home with children aged 10 years and over who are used to cats.
