Finnegan

Finnegan is a very handsome boy who is looking to find his forever home. 

Finnegan had a hard start to life, he was found abandoned, tied up and left alone at only a young age. Despite this, he is full of so much life and love! Although a little shy at first, since coming into our care, his sweet and affectionate nature has really started to shine through along with his dreamy eyes that seem to melt everyone he meets!

Finnegan's absolute favourite thing in the world is people, he adores human company and is happiest when he is close to you, he can often be found curled up on the knees of our animal care staff where he will have a snooze or play with his favourite toys.

Finnegan is still a bit unsure about the outside world and can be worried with the lead and going out for walks. Once settled into his home, he will need his family to help him build his confidence slowly and gradually with lead walking. He is an active and intelligent boy and would love a family who could match his energy, providing him with a safe, secure outdoor garden while he gets used to the outside world. 

Finnegan loves being the centre of attention, he would be best suited to a home where he has plenty of company, where his new owners are around a lot initially, to help him build confidence with being alone.

A calm home with children over the age of 12 years would best suit Finnegan due to his shy personality. It is unknown how he would react around other pets in the home. Finnegan will also need owners who will be able to dedicate time to training as he will need all aspects of puppy training and house training.
