Will Young
Director of Corporate Services
Will brings over 35 years of leadership experience across the public, private and voluntary sectors, with senior roles spanning HR, organisational development, consultancy and corporate services. He has previously held positions including Director of Consulting at Baker Tilly and Director of HR (People Services) in the Northern Ireland Civil Service and has spent many years serving as a Trustee and Board Member, supporting organisations that make a positive difference in people’s lives.
His work is grounded in compassion, inclusion and helping people and communities to thrive. That same commitment is what draws him to the USPCA, where he is proud to support animal protection and welfare and the belief that every animal deserves kindness, dignity and care.
Will is also a professional executive and team coach, a Visiting Professor at Ulster University’s Faculty of Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences, and a Chartered Fellow of CIPD. His love of animals is deeply personal, over the years he has rehomed every one of his dogs, and he currently has Charlie, a terrier cross breed, and Gus, a 10-month-old Dachshund, who keep life busy and full of joy.
“It is a real privilege to be part of the USPCA and to support its enduring mission that means so much to so many. I am truly looking forward to working alongside passionate colleagues who share such a strong passion and commitment to animal protection and welfare.”
