Lyle is an experienced CEO, CFO and Board Member, with extensive hands-on expertise across major global markets and a proven track record of delivery.
He has a thirty-seven-year career with Ford Motor Company, eight as a corporate officer, and has led strategic and operational management across Europe, Middle East and Africa, South America, China, and other key Asian markets.
Lyle has a proven track record of delivering profitable growth, restructuring underperforming markets and divisions, driving profitability and establishing long-term sustainability.
Lyle holds an MBA from Queen’s University Belfast and has extensive Board of Director experiences, including Changan Ford JV (China); Ford Otosan JV (Turkey), Ford Sollers JV (Russia), Getrag Ford Transmissions JV (Germany). Also, he served as a strategic advisor to the Essex Police Board in the UK.
