Chris Vance is an experienced and values-driven Operations Leader with over 15 years in senior management roles across the hospitality, logistics, and retail sectors. He is known for his practical, people-focused leadership and a strong track record in improving operational performance, leading high-performing teams, and delivering strategic results at scale.
Most recently, Chris served as Head of Business Operations for a multi-property hotel group, where he introduced key performance metrics to drive efficiency and enhance team collaboration. Prior to that, he held regional leadership roles at Amazon Logistics and Whitbread Hotels & Restaurants, overseeing large teams and multi-site operations while supporting major periods of growth and transformation.
Chris is also deeply passionate about animal welfare, a cause close to his heart and closely aligned with the mission of the USPCA. A proud rescuer of four dogs, three St Bernards named Jack, Homer, and Moby, and a Newfoundland named Evie. He strongly believes in providing second chances and advocating for the care and protection of animals in need.
