About Delores

Delores came into our care after being found by a member of the public, it was clear that she had a rough start to life. At only 6 weeks of age, Delores was found to have a suspected fracture on her right hind leg as well as severe muscle wastage on her right thigh. After examination by our veterinary team, they decided it was best to amputate the leg due to the extent of the injury but after getting lots of TLC she is now ready to find her forever home!

Delores is still adjusting to life after her amputation, as a result she would be best suited as an indoor cat. She can be a little shy at first but once she gets to know you, she is an affectionate girl who loves company and has a very playful personality.

Due to her amputation she would be best suited as an indoor cat in a calm home environment, with children over the age of 13 years who are used to cats and will have a gentle approach with her.

As she did come into our care as a stray it is unknown if she can live with another cat or dog.

Do you want to give Delores a new home?
