Emma joined the USPCA in 2019, stepping into management in 2023. With over 20 years of experience in hospitality, customer service, and retail, she has always been passionate about creating great experiences for people - whether that’s through retail, customer service, or helping pet owners find what they need.
Animals have been a huge part of Emma’s life from a young age. Her family pets were a mixture of Dobermans, German Shepherds, Collies, and cats as well as sheep, goats and geese. Growing up, Emma and her mum rescued countless cats and other animals in need, and sheI watched her lovingly hand-rear vulnerable ones. That experience shaped her, and now I can’t imagine life without animals! Being part of the USPCA allows Emma to combine her love for animals with a passion for helping people, which makes the role incredibly fulfilling.
At home, Emma has two cats, Tess and Cyco, who she adopted from the USPCA and a Staffie cross called Xena. They keep life interesting!
