Skye
Skye came to us in September of 2018 through no fault of her own. She was extremely nervous and shy when she first arrived at the USPCA and was very unsure of other dogs. After working with Skye the USPCA staff began to see Skye develop and become settled in her new environment.
We knew that we needed to find Skye the ideal home that would suit her personality and needs no matter how long it took. The USPCA is proud to say that we will never put a healthy animal to sleep no matter how long they may be in our care.
Skye was with us for a total of 5 months. She was an absolute pleasure to care for and we are so delighted that on Friday the 18th of January she left the USPCA with her new owner, an emotional but happy day for the staff of course.
We have received photographs and video updates of Skye who has settled in so well to her new home and we couldn’t be happier for her.
