Ruby

Collie cross Ruby came into the USPCA well over a year ago with her three siblings and was in desperate need of a kind and loving family. After some time with the USPCA, Ruby received much interest from the public however, when her arranged viewing with a potential new owner fell through, now owners Colin and Bernie were quick to snap up the opportunity to meet her.

In no time at all, Ruby had convinced them that she was a vital part of the family and the perfect canine companion for their dog Meg. Since then, Ruby has made herself at home and the USPCA team even had the delight of meeting her this month as she accompanied her family to view Colin take part in a daring skydive on behalf of the USPCA.

Ruby has grown into an incredibly healthy, strong and happy dog! We’re so pleased to see she is doing well and has found the perfect older sister and fetch buddy in Meg.
