USPCA Achieves Full Compliance with Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons’ Core Standards

The USPCA is delighted to announce that is has been recognised by the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS) as fully compliant with its Core Standards (small animals) quality accreditation.

The RCVS Practice Standards scheme is voluntary and quality assures practices and their facilities. Practices are assessed across a range of criteria including;

  • Client experience
  • Clinical governance
  • The practice team

Commenting on the recent success, Brendan Mullan, USPCA Chief Executive said, “We are so pleased to have received this recognition from the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons as it underpins the excellent standard of work we carry out here at the practice, all of which wouldn’t be possible without the incredible skills and hard work of our veterinary team.”

The USPCA veterinary practice is open six days a week, Monday to Saturday, and is dedicated to the relief of suffering in both companion animals and wildlife. All proceeds from the veterinary practice are used to fund the USPCA’s charitable services.
