Political Will Shown for USPCA Regulation Call
The USPCA (Ulster Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals) called on the political parties this week to show their support for a call for regulation of the Puppy Farming Industry. The call comes on the back of a hard hitting ‘on the move ad’ campaign launched by the USPCA to make the public aware of the tragic consequences of buying a puppy online and the recent television documentary ‘The Dog Factory.’
