Jack
It’s hard to believe, but this handsome boy left the USPCA over 7 years ago to enjoy a new life with his loving family and certainly hasn’t looked back since!
When Jack first arrived in his new home it was clear that he had anxiety issues and was very scared of loud noises and sudden movements. Whilst he isn’t so fond of those things to this day, he has grown into a completely different dog.
Jack is super affectionate and loves to lie up on the coach beside his owners, especially if it means he can snuggle under the blanket! Nothing comes close to Jack’s first love though, which is playing fetch with a tennis. He is the happiest when galloping across a field with the speed of a champion racehorse, often leaping into the air to catch the ball in his mouth with impeccable precision.
With his owners working from home Jack is enjoying lots of lunchtime walks – making sure they don’t forget by coming in and dropping a tennis ball at their feet each day at 11.55am. We know who the boss of the house is here!
“Adopting Jack has been one of the best decisions we have made and has enriched our lives. He's not just our dog, and he lets us know quite clearly that he considers the rest of our wider family circle to be "his pack", whether that's leaping onto my dad's lap or herding my niece and nephew out of danger. I'd advise anyone to adopt, not shop.”
A big thank you to Jack’s owners for such a lovely update on how he has been getting on!
