December Donation Challenge
It has been a tough year for animals in Northern Ireland.
Our wildlife rescues have almost doubled on last year, with our wildlife team travelling all over NI rescuing wild animals, bringing them back to the centre for rehabilitation and releasing them back to their habitat.
Our cattery has not stopped since the spring months and even now at a time when kitten season is normally regarded as over, we are still seeing an alarming number through our doors with our animal care team giving around the clock care.
£1,000 contributes towards the cost of basic veterinary services for approx. five dogs and much like years previous, we always brace ourselves for the influx of abandonments come the first few months and unfortunately even weeks after Christmas.
We've set this target of £1,000 this December to help us fund our ongoing work over the coming winter months. While many people will be taking a well deserved break, enjoying festivities and spending time with loved ones (including loved pets), our team will be providing love and care to the animals that do not have loving homes as well as tending to animals in moments of fear and suffering.
It would be a small target to hit with just a little donation from all of our supporters but all of these little donations lead to incredible impact!
You can leave a donation to us in person via our charity shops and Newry centre or donate by clicking the here!
