More About Baymax

Baymax is a beautiful long haired cat who was admitted into our care as a stray who had several areas of badly matted fur. He is now ready to find his new home!

Baymax is a friendly boy who enjoys the company of people and loves watching the comings and goings of everyday life here at the centre. He loves a good head scratch and gentle affection on his own terms but does not like being picked up.

He likes to be able to make his own choices and will approach you if he wants to enjoy some affection. He is looking for a family who will be understanding and willing to learn his boundaries with being petted. For this reason we believe he would be best suited in a home with children over the age of 12 years who will understand that he may need his own space at times.

Baymax would love a home where he could eventually have access to the outdoors, where he can spend his days roaming the garden, exploring and lounging in the sun! 

Due to being a stray, it is unknown how he would react with other cats or dogs in the household, but slow and supervised introductions would be advised if being rehomed with other pets.
